Iran’s supreme leader Ayotullah Syed Ali Khamnei has embraced martyrdom in a deadly attack on 1 March 2026 during Iran-Israel war.
On Saturday 28 February 2026, America and Israel forged a combined attacked on Iran. Attack was primarily to hit the would-be whereabouts of Syed Ali Khamnei in Tehran, reports say.
However, this was only a rumour that Syed Ali Khamnei has been martyred.
But the very next day, on Sunday morning, it was confirmed through Iranian media that Syed Ali Khamnei has embraced martyrdom yesterday.
It is also to be noted that previously, son, daughter, son in law and daughter in law of Syed Ali Khamnei were also martyred in yesterday’s attack on Tehran.
